37th CSEAR International Congress and 14th ESC

<p>The Centre for Social and <strong>Environmental</strong> Accounting Research (CSEAR) is delighted to announce that the <strong>37th </strong>International<strong> Congress on Social and Environmental Accounting Research</strong> will take place at the University of St Andrews, Scotland, from <strong>22–24 June 2027</strong>.</p><p>As the flagship gathering in the CSEAR calendar, the International Congress provides a welcoming, inclusive, and non-hierarchical forum for academics, practitioners, doctoral researchers, and policy advocates working across social, environmental, sustainability, and accountability research.</p><h3><strong>Pre-Congress Events: Monday, 21 June 2027</strong></h3><p>The Congress proper will be preceded by two essential community-building initiatives:</p><ul><li><strong>14th CSEAR Emerging Scholars Colloquium (ESC):</strong> A dedicated, supportive space providing PhD students and early-career researchers with constructive feedback, research development, and direct mentoring from an international faculty.</li><li><strong>CSEAR Education Community of Practice (ECoP) Event:</strong> An interactive workshop exploring innovative pedagogy, curriculum design, and the critical integration of sustainability into accounting education.</li></ul><p>For over three decades, the CSEAR International Congress has served as an intellectual sanctuary for critical scholarship and meaningful action.
